How does rateyourclinic work for my business?
Rateyourclinic.com helps promote your medical facility within your specific region. We place your facility at the top of Google search engine results and provide you advertising opportunities to gain more patients. We encourage independent reviews which help grow your business and build trust within local communities. When you join our membership program we send patient enquires directly via phone and email. Our Mission
At rateyourclinic our goal is to make sure patients are connected to the right facility on time. We promote your specialties, special offers and give clinics and hospitals the opportunity to advertise. Patients can enquire about treatment, consultations and even book a time and date they would prefer to visit. Independent reviews can be left along with opening times, integrated Google location map and promotional you-tube videos. We pride ourselves on response time so you may deal with the enquiry as quickly as possible.

Can I add my clinic or hospital for free?Yes, you can add your clinic here Add Hospital Or Clinic completely free of charge however if you’ve not joined our membership program your listing may not be placed at the top of the search results or be added to our sponsored and featured section. Our promotional methods are specific to your region. We can provide statistics regarding patient(s) location which is vital to conversion of enquires which are submitted via rateyourclinic.com

How do enquiries work?
An enquiry is a patient who has clicked ‘Enquire here’ via your hospital page within the rateyourclinc.com website. They have filled in the relevant information including required treatment, specific clinic or hospital and even the exact time they would like to visit using our booking technology. A dedicated RYC account manager will then contact your appointment booking department and pass the enquiry details directly. Please note that enquires will not be submitted unless you are part of a membership program.

How do you track enquires?
Using in-house technology we track where each patient is making the enquiry from including region. We are able to see where the enquiry has come from and verify its authenticity before submitting to a medical facility. We have measures in place to reduce the risk of ‘fake’ enquires and pride ourselves on submitting real, honest patient requests.

Can I pay you for better review scores?
No, the review scores are calculated by the independent patient’s feedback and ratings for your facility. You may use the independent ratings and reviews to enhance your service and gain a better review score. We do encourage you to ask your patients to provide a review and rating, as this will built trust, create transparency and provide you feedback on how you can improve.

What if my Clinic or Hospital information is wrong

On occasion we get it wrong. We will of course update this information as quickly as possible once highlighted. Your account manager is always available and you may contact them if you have any questions or queries at any time. We want the information to be as accurate and have procedures and cross checking to eliminate mistakes.

Why are serious complaints not listed as reviews?
We expect patients to provide honest and clear feedback about the treatment they receive. Many times reviews contain negative or complicated feedback, however if a serious compliant is made rateyourclinic.com will not publish this and instead forward the complaint to the necessary Health Authority in the relative country. We feel that the health authority is better suited to deal with serious complaints and more serve complications.

How much is a Membership package?
We have a range of membership packages to choose from and all come with a two week free trail once purchased. We provide detailed statistics on your listing, including number of visits. Can have a trail period?
Yes, rateyourclinic is only interested in building long lasting relationships and as we grow, you grow! Every hospital or Clinic who is interested in becoming a member has a trial period of 6 weeks. We can’t guarantee a set number of enquires but we can provide you Google analytical reports (monthly) to provide ROI indicators and estimates.

How can I pay?
We will provide you an invoice and you can pay via bank transfer directly into our account.
